Gorilla Cheese is Canada’s First Grilled Cheese Food Truck!

We specialize in high-end grilled cheese sandwiches, from the classic O.G. (Aged Cheddar & Mozzarella on White or Multigrain Bread) to specialty sandwiches like the Lumberjack (Bacon, Granny Smith Apple Slices, Maple Syrup, Aged Cheddar on White Bread) and tons of other unique choices. Best of all, we serve them out of a BIG, beautiful, black truck!!

We operate proudly out of Hamilton, Ontario and travel from Niagara to Toronto, serving curbside in the streets, at events and festivals, and at special catered and corporate functions.

We serve only the best ingredients, using Jensen Cheese from Simcoe and custom bread from Hamilton’s own Cake & Loaf. We use local ingredients (when in season) and inject a hearty helping of AWESOME into every sandwich!!
